Admissions Process

Students are admitted on a first‑come, first‑served basis, subject to availability. The first step in our admissions process is to schedule a tour. We invite you to join us for an informational session and personalized virtual tour, where you’ll observe classrooms in action, see how Montessori education fosters independence and joy, and learn more about our programs. During your visit, our team will explain the Montessori philosophy and answer any questions you may have, helping you feel confident about your child’s educational journey.

After your tour, we’ll review your preferred academic programs and schedules, current or upcoming classroom openings, and your desired start date. If there’s a near‑term match between your child, your timeline, and an available opening, you may receive an enrollment offer during or shortly after your visit. For families planning ahead for the next school year, we offer a waitlist option, and we’ll email you a link to join the list following your tour.

We will email you a link to fill out the admission application. Upon acceptance of your application, we can begin the enrollment process! A non-refundable registration fee will be due to hold your child's space. We will also schedule a start date and a "Teacher Meeting". The Teacher Meeting is an opportunity for you and your child to meet the teacher and visit the classroom. You may discuss more specific details with your child's teacher at this time. All enrollment paperwork is due at this time.

Tuition & Program Times

Tuition is billed monthly and due by the 28th of the prior month.
First payment must be submitted before your child begins.
Billing is managed through Procare, which also supports autopay, attendance tracking, and school communication.

Book a Personalized Tour

Students are admitted on a first-come, first served basis, subject to availability at the selected school. When you tour the school you will have the opportunity to observe children in the classroom. Seeing the classes in session is important and will help you understand how our classrooms work. We will also explain Montessori philosophy and answer any questions you might have.
